With over 12 years of playing and studying music and over 8 years of playing music professionally, I have had the pleasure of playing, recording and producing with some amazing acts, ranging from punk rock to pop rock and even acoustic jazz. Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with some amazingly talented musicians including that of: Clem burke (blondie), Gary stringer (REEF), Tom Robinson (The Tom Robinson band), Billy Bragg and many more.
My Story
From picking up a guitar at the age of 9 I have found a calling for music ever since. From learning the 'Sympathy for the devil' solo on my first ever beginners electric to recording full length albums in studios, I have found expression, comfort and passion ever since. I began learning the drums at 16, as I found that all the drummers I knew just didn't quite cut the mustard. So I began on my self taught drumming mission, bashing through 'nevermind' and stumbling my way through 'led zeppelin 1'. 6 years on I am still bashing the skins with my influences of 'Dave Grohl' and 'John Bonham' in mind. whilst in the studio or live I have extremely high standards of perfection, and ensure that every performance is the best that I can possibly do. Wether its lazy relaxed blues playing or cut throat syncopation in rock, I am your man.
